MODEL JACK TEST STAND – PN 096X

The jack tester stand P/N 096X.00 is designed to test axle and tripod jacks from whatever manufacturer, and from 5 t up to 200 t, particularized for the models that the costumer has on his fleet.

In this equipment the test up 110% of the nominal load of the jack can be performed. The equipment can work as a portable equipment or fixed to the ground in an unique location.

Jack tester can be used too to :

• Set and check the safety valves setting.
• Test hydraulic installations for leaks.
• Check structural resistance for the axle and tripod jacks.
• Test jack cylinder for structural integrity for tripod jacks.
• Check optional load gauge accuracy.
