MODEL UNIVERSAL JACK TESTER – PN 1542

The universal Jack tester P/N 1542.00 is designed to test all axle and tripod jacks existing in the market, from whatever manufacturer, and from 5 t up to 200 t.

In this equipment the test up 110% of the nominal load of the jack can be performed (225 t of maximum load).

Jack tester can be used too to :

• Set and check the safety valves setting.
• Test hydraulic installations for leaks.
• Check structural resistance for the axle jacks.
• Test jack cylinder for structural integrity for tripod jacks.
• Check optional load gauge accuracy.
